Mr. Mattox holds a BSBA from Rockhurst University, Kansas City, MO with graduate work at both University of Dallas and Washington University in St. Louis, and held a number of senior executive positions with Fidelity Investments, Charter Communications, MasterCard, and Mercy Health Systems. More recently, he has consulted with a number of St. Louis firms offering tactical solutions and program management towards operational and infrastructure improvement efforts in information technology. He has also appeared in several recent productions led by MCCA officers and staff, seeing firsthand the value these programs can bring.
Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science from Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola, FL, has worked in IT for 25 years, and has held a number of senior positions with Premcor Refining and OpenLink Financial. He currently serves in Civil Air Patrol (USAF Aux.) for 16 years and has studied and taught martial arts for over 20 years. He has also appeared in many stage productions through college and beyond, in print ads and commercials with John Robert Powers, has worked as stage director for several youth productions, and is an active vocal soloist and percussionist, specializing in Tympani.
Mr. Kondapaneni holds an MBA from Michigan State University and Bachelors in Electronics from Osmania University (India). He is a Senior Business Leader/Vice President in the Computer and Platform domain at MasterCard Worldwide. During his career he has consulted with Verizon Wireless, Ford Motor Company , Coors Brewing company and others.
Ms. Bell is a 2004 graduate of the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA where she studied musical theatre. Since her graduation she has performed in regional theatre and summer stock around the country as well as singing on a cruise ship based out of West Palm Beach. In addition, Ms. Bell performed in a number of Off Broadway shows in NYC before going to work for Broadway Producer Ken Davenport (Godspell, Macbeth, and Kinky Boots).
Director of Special Education
Ms. Jansson is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in K-12 Special Education as well as a Masters of Education in Autism. Currently, she works for the Special School District of St. Louis County as an ABA teacher for students at the elementary level. Ms. Jansson served as an assistant choreographer for two MCCA productions (Barnum! and Godspell), and has performed in many productions with both the MainStage and UpStage groups. Her favorite roles to have played with MCCA include Anne in Anne of Green Gables and Cosette in Les Misérables. In Columbia, Ms. Jansson was a member of the Mizzou Ballroom Dance Club and the Mizzou Ballroom Dance Competition Team. She continues to study ballroom dancing here in St. Louis.

Libby Chiaradonna has a degree in theatre from Loyola University in Chicago, IL,, is the developer of Storybook Theatre at MCCA, and the Director of the MCCA vocal ensembles Synergy and Whippersnappers. Libby visits preschools all around the greater St. Charles/O'Fallon area with Miss Libby's Music Class. She has been working with early childhood aged children for 15 years.
